It required a sales brochure that made a bold statement about living without compromise in the ultimate lifestyle. The brochure took advantage of a pearlized smooth stock of paper to create a shimmering look while a sleeve was die cut with notches for the bellyband out of Touché black cover, which was then folded and glued to create the final carrier. The result was a spectacular piece that wowed potential residents looking to purchase a unit in this exclusive property.
