A redesign that took Reflektion’s website from looking like a small startup to a mature AI e-commerce platform.
Reflektion is a Silicon Valley-based startup behind an e-commerce customer engagement platform that uses AI to read shopper behavior and personalize content and product recommendations in real time.
As Creative Director and sole designer, I designed the site’s information architecture and led the visual design to help prospective clients quickly understand Reflektion’s solution set and evaluate its impact on their business, including a solutions overview structured around specific e-commerce use cases rather than technical feature lists. The site also included a blog covering e-commerce, personalization, and AI/ML trends, positioning Reflektion as a thought leader rather than just a vendor.
Result: The redesigned site gave Reflektion a mature, consistent brand presence that matched the sophistication of its AI product.
