Reflektion is a Silicon Valley based startup that offers AI and machine learning driven personalized solutions for e-commerce shoppers. These included solutions such as product recommendation widgets, visual site search, photo search, voice search, natural language processing, and universal search. To create a unified user experience for customers, the design of these solutions had to seamlessly assimilate into each client’s website while allowing the functionality to enchance the shopping experience.
