Global Reward Solutions Rebrand

Global Reward Solutions (GRS) is the world’s leading cloud-based reward management and procurement platform. Their brand hadn’t been refreshed in more than a decade and lacked an online presence. Although their products were best-in-class, they struggled to clearly communicate the value and benefits to prospective clients and users. Therefore, working together with various departments of the company, we first re-examined the brand structure, renamed a few products and came up with a new brand positioning. Next, a new brand identity along with a fresh new look and feel was developed including a new corporate website and marketing collateral rollout. This resulted in a simplified and easier to understand product offering which increased brand awareness and site traffic in addition to a more polished customer experience.
