CarltonOne, a leader in enterprise employee engagement, wanted to break into the SMB market and developed a new product that combined employee loyalty and recognition with ways to help climate change by funding the planting of trees. Working as part of the Product Development and UX team, extensive research combined with user mapping and journeys were created to explore the needs of SMBs in the employee reward space. In conjunction, a research-based naming process was used to ultimately name the product Evergrow. The supporting brand identity for the marketing website and collateral was created while also iterating on the product UI and design system. Working closely with the engineering team, a MVP was launched and attracted a large group of pre-registrants interested in the product as well as early beta users.
