		<description>I am Peter C Wong, a versatile designer and creative leader with over two decades of experience spanning digital, print, product, branding, advertising, events, retail, packaging, and motion. Based in Toronto, Canada, I hold a Honours Bachelor of Design (BDes) Degree from the York University / Sheridan College joint program and graduated as a member of the Dean’s Honour Roll. I am also an accredited member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD).While winning a few awards along the way, I have honed my craft at ad agencies, boutique design studios, multiple B2B SaaS startups, a billion-dollar corporation, and a Canadian tech unicorn. Spearheading a broad range of creative projects for local, national, and international brands such as Microsoft, Honda, Sun Life, Scotiabank, Loblaws, IKEA, Epson, and more, I have helped strategize, envision, and produce solutions for their creative needs.
In various leadership roles across organizations, I have also built, directed, and managed integrated creative and marketing teams to achieve strategive and creative goals.
Outside of design, I am an avid sports fan especially of the Toronto Maple Leafs and hope to see them hoist the Stanley Cup at least once in my lifetime. My wife and I are also proud parents of two young boys who can definitely be a handful but bring much joy into our lives everyday.</description>

		<description>Global Reward Solutions Rebrand
Global Reward Solutions (GRS) is the world’s leading cloud-based reward management and procurement platform. Their brand hadn’t been refreshed in more than a decade and lacked an online presence. Although their products were best-in-class, they struggled to clearly communicate the value and benefits to prospective clients and users. Therefore, working together with various departments of the company, we first re-examined the brand structure, renamed a few products and came up with a new brand positioning. Next, a new brand identity along with a fresh new look and feel was developed including a new corporate website and marketing collateral rollout. This resulted in a simplified and easier to understand product offering which increased brand awareness and site traffic in addition to a more polished customer experience.

		<description>The Brand Interaction Gap ReportAs a hero content piece, the team at Ada created a report detailing 5 big ideas for an automation-first world. While pushing the boundaries of the brand’s look an feel, an interactive microsite was created to house the report while an extensive advertising campaign was launched in support. This monumental report was the largest of its kind in the history of Ada and not only was it well received internally and externally but most importantly, it attributed to numerous leads added to the pipeline.

		<description>Evergrow
CarltonOne, a leader in enterprise employee engagement, wanted to break into the SMB market and developed a new product that combined employee loyalty and recognition with ways to help climate change by funding the planting of trees. Working as part of the Product Development and UX team, extensive research combined with user mapping and journeys were created to explore the needs of SMBs in the employee reward space. In conjunction, a research-based naming process was used to ultimately name the product Evergrow. The supporting brand identity for the marketing website and collateral was created while also iterating on the product UI and design system. Working closely with the engineering team, a MVP was launched and attracted a large group of pre-registrants interested in the product as well as early beta users.

Ada is a Canadian tech unicorn company specializing in automated brand interactions, empowering brands like Zoom, Meta, and Square, with best-in-class solutions that deliver digital-first, omni-channel experiences at scale through chatbots and other channels. As part of a rebrand to reposition the company as a “premium” solution and to differentiate the company from a crowded competitive market, a brochure was created as an initial touchpoint for sales outreach and prospecting as well as recruitment. Partnering with an external agency, a brand explainer video was also created to introduce the new brand positioning. The messaging of “Make everyone feel like a VIP” resonated with audiences and the video exceeded viewership goals by more than 10X in the first 3 months of launch helping to drive increased brand recognition.&#38;nbsp;

		<description>DatasaurDatasaur is a tech startup that offers two key AI products for businesses: Natural Language Processing (NLP) labelling and a private Large Language Model (LLM) development platform. As the company expanded, they wanted to profesionalize Datasaur’s image to appeal to enterprises and align with their core focus areas. They wanted to move away from the dinosaur motif in their brand and develop a new brand to convey a more serious and professional image that reflects its position at the cutting edge of AI while maintaining appeal to data scientists. The result was a new logo that uses cheverons to form a “D” together with the shape of a label. A comprehensive brand guidelines along with branded templates were also developed that allowed for flexibility while maintaining a clean and authoritative aesthetic.
