The Minimal Guide is a short book that examines the Minimalist art movement. They were a group of artists in the 1960's who despised the notion of expressiveness. The text of the book was written based on extensive research while the design adopts a clean and simple approach that supports the subject matter of Minimalism. Two versions of the book were produced with different covers. The first version features a of an empty white canvas (a piece by Robert Ryman) on the front cover while the second version is simply a grey fabric-wrapped cover with silver foil embossing.
